Operators building on SolveByte platforms can now run licensing, company formation and compliance work in parallel with development, through an independent firm that has secured more than 100 gaming licences.
SolveByte announced a partnership with Rikk Law, an international iGaming law firm headquartered in London, giving operators who build with SolveByte direct access to gaming licensing, corporate structuring and ongoing compliance counsel.
The partnership addresses a sequencing problem common to new iGaming ventures. Operators frequently complete a platform build in weeks and then discover that licensing, corporate formation and anti-money-laundering readiness are separate projects that have not been started. The result is a finished product waiting on paperwork. Under the partnership, legal work begins alongside development rather than after it.

Why the Timing Matters
Licensing in the offshore jurisdictions most start-up operators rely on has become materially more demanding. Curaçao's transition to its national gaming ordinance ended the long-standing master-licence and sub-licence model, replacing it with direct licensing, higher substance requirements and continuing reporting obligations. Applicants that once treated a licence as an administrative formality now face a process with real documentation, governance and timeline implications.
